Winter Osborne is a tattoo artist, illustrator, and muralist, born and raised in Fairbanks, Alaska. She started tattooing after earning a B.A. in Art and Graphic Design from the University of Alaska Anchorage, followed by an M.Ed. in Art Therapy and Counseling from Springfield College, MA.

Drawing inspiration from everyday life, pop culture, surrealism, and contemporary art, Winter creates work that is emotive and conceptually rich.

Winter strives to integrate her background in art therapy into her tattoo practice, merging creative expression with therapeutic intention.
